Prices are in euros, per week and per tent.
The changeover day is saturday. In high season the minimun stay is one week.
A different changeover day or length of stay is possible outside the high season.
You can use your tent at 4 pm on the day of arrival. On your departure day we ask you to leave your tent before 10 am.
The tents are non-smoking.
You can make use of the Wifi in the common area.
Pets are not allowed in the high season, outside high season it may be possible after consultation.
The pool is currently being built an will open april 2021.
The above mentioned prices include kitchen and bed linen. The beds wll be made for you upon arrival.
The above mentioned prices do not include towels.
Prices do not include tourist tax (payable locally).
The prices do not include heating.
Additional costs on top of the renting price are:
- optional baby cot and high chair: 10 euros/stay
- optional towel package (bath towel, towel, small towel): 7,50 euros pp/pw
- optional heating in low season: 5 euros/day
- tourist tax
- mandatory cleaning: 50 euros/tent
Extras:
When you’re on the go you don’t always feel like shopping for food. Therefore, you can reserve a First meal. This may be a first breakfast or a first dinner or both. First dinner will be ready in your fridge on arrival. We deliver first breakfast to your tent in the morning. We would like to know in advance whether you want to use this service (when booking or up to 2 days before arrival).
Payment
- When booking we ask for a deposit of 40% of the total rental amount.
- This deposit must be made within 7 days of reservation. After payment, the reservation is final.
- The remaining rent (60%) has to be paid 8 weeks before arrival.
Cancellation
- If canceled more than 12 weeks before the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded.
- If canceled between 12 and 8 weeks before the arrival date, the deposit will not be refunded.
- In case of cancellation after 8 weeks before arrival the full amount will be charged.
- Shortening the stay is considered a partial annulation, the rental amount is calculated over the total reserved period.
- We advise you to take out cancellation insurance.
Terms and conditions
During your stay in a safari tent, you as a tenant are fully liable for the accommodation, the furnishings and all matters that are part of the rented property. Damage caused by you or your travel companions, must be paid for in full to the property owner. Agriturismo Meriggiare is entitled in advance to hold the tenant liable for damage suffered, even after the rental period has ended, if the damage has not been properly compensated. All relevant costs are for the account of the tenant.
