Agriturismo Meriggiare processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide this data to us yourself. Below you will find an overview of the personal data we process:

Special and/or sensitive personal data

Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data  about website visitors under the age of 16, unless they have permission from their parents or guardian. However, we cannot check whether a visitor is older than 16. Agriturismo Meriggiare processes your personal data for the following purposes:

When you unsubscribe from our newsletter, your data will be removed from our database as soon as possible (within 2 weeks at the latest). Unless you are a customer, we will no longer send you emails in the future, but we will keep your invoice and customer data in connection to our legal obligations (7 years) to the tax authorities. These data will be removed within 1 year after this obligation ends.

Sharing personal data with third parties

Agriturismo Meriggiare does not sell your data to third parties and will only provide it if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.
